Washington State Literacy Coordinators have developed four workshops to support teachers in implementing the English Language Arts Common Core State Standards in the subject of Social Studies and History. Participants have formed a regional Professional Learning Community to share resources and strategies, providing the ability network with other Social Studies/History teachers.
