About North Central Information Service Center (NCISC)
The NCISC provides data processing services to member districts of the Washington School Information Processing Cooperative (WSIPC). NCISC supports two cooperatives, Student Records and Fiscal Records. North Central ESD Cooperative Coordinators and support personnel provide ongoing technical support, workshops and on-site training for all facets of the Student Management and Fiscal systems.

Fiscal Records Cooperative
The Fiscal Records Cooperative provides software services for the WSIPC fiscal and human resource applications such as general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, warehouse, payroll, personnel, and statewide reporting.

NCISC Computer Room
Computer Operations staff supports and monitors all software and hardware equipment to ensure services and district databases are running at all scheduled times. The staff is responsible for archiving of backup data, transferring files to other state agencies and banking institutions, and printing and assembling print output for daily mailing.

2024-2025 Skyward SMS 2.0 Release Schedule
WSIPC will require three Saturdays during the course of the 2024-2025 school year for SMS 2.0 DF releases:
- November 2, 2024
- March 1, 2025
- August 2, 2025
The Saturday release window will begin at 12:01am and end by 9pm, with the exception of the SMS 2.0 TLAs (which are scheduled until 9am on Sunday).
SMS 2.0 web access to Information Service Centers (ISCs) will be returned to production as soon as the release is complete for the ISC. SMS 2.0 RDS access will be enabled for the Cooperative as a whole when the release is complete for all ISCs.

WASWUG Annual Conference
The WASWUG Conference is a Washington State K-12 User Group, hosted by WSIPC, where users of Skyward’s software can come together to share experiences and ideas to improve their understanding and use of the Skyward product suite. WASWUG provides a unique opportunity for users to network with one another, attend breakout sessions presented by other users, and connect with companies whose products and services enhance Skyward’s software. WASWUG is held each March, for in-person attendees in Bellevue, WA.
