Overview
NCESD has partnered with the Washington Poison Center to offer this event for district/school colleagues, community partners, and parents to learn about what cannabis is and how it works. Participants will also learn about cannabis’ legal status, different modes of use, and current evidence on therapeutic and harmful effects.
This training will also include a brief overview of vape devices used for both cannabis and nicotine products. We will tie both into youth-specific concerns.
