  • also divided into four segments, 6 to 10 minutes each
• Downloadable companion activity
  • 20 – 30 minute pre-video activity
  • 40 – 50 minute post-video activity
  • Variable research time
  • Variable project completion time
  • “Showcase” encouraged

Possible Implementation in 50-minute class periods:

Day 1

• 30 minutes, pre-activity
• 10 minutes, first two video segments
• 10 minutes, written reflection or discussion

Day 2

• 20 minutes, 3rd and 4th video
• 10 minutes, written reflection or discussion
• 20 minutes, start post video activity

Day 3

• Post Activity/Research

Day 4

• Project Completion
• Showcase
  • Hang up posters/infographics
  • Loop a slide presentation on a screen in a common area
  • Arrange some intercom announcements
  • Share information with a younger class
