With a commitment to serving families and children with diverse needs, the NCESD ESIT team has grown to better address the demands.

MASH started in 2020 with one team of three part-time staff members. Due to the program’s profound impact on students and community, the demand only increased for its services and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and effective support. Going into the 2023-2024 school year, 60 students state-wide are being served by the program’s three-full time teams of multiple behavior specialists.
