NCESD cooperative programs provide resources and expertise to school districts that might not otherwise be available.
The Crisis Management Cooperative provides districts with services and support in emergency planning, drill and exercise evaluation, training and continued education to create processes that help keep students, staff and volunteers safe during an emergency.

Employee Assistance Program Cooperative
The Employee Assistance Program Cooperative offers employee assistance programs for our districts. NCESD partners with ACI Specialty Benefits which offers award-winning EAP solutions designed to improve employee engagement, retention and performance.

The Fiscal Records Cooperative provides software services for the WSIPC fiscal and human resource applications such as general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, warehouse, payroll, personnel, and statewide reporting.

The Language Acquisition Cooperative provides professional development, technical assistance, and consultation to help districts and schools support their Multilingual Learners and implement their TBIP and Title III programs. Instructional best practices including GLAD Tier I certification for staff are also supported.

Special Education Cooperative
The Special Education Cooperative provides staff development, technical assistance and consultation services. Membership includes: customized program support, monthly director meetings, regional cohort meetings by discipline, support with staff recruitment, and more.

STEM Cooperative
The STEM Cooperative provides districts with opportunities for support across multiple content within the areas of STEM education. In addition to personalized coaching days and professional development, member districts are invited to attend the annual STEM Summit free of charge.

The STEM Materials Cooperative is aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards and provides districts with up-to-date “Smithsonian in the Classroom” modules, complete with everything teachers need for classroom instruction.

The Student Records Cooperative provides software services for member districts in regards to student scheduling, grading, attendance, special education, fee management, health records, and statewide reporting.

Title I/LAP Cooperative
The Title I/LAP Cooperative provides professional development, technical assistance, and consultation to help districts implement Title I and LAP. School improvement efforts including the implementation of a Multi-Tiered System of Supports framework and instructional best practices are also supported.
