Science in Our Valley seminars run every Wednesday starting September 28 and ending November 16. All events are free and open to the public at the WSU Tree Fruit Research & Extension Center (1100 N Western Ave, Wenatchee) from 4pm to 5pm. Prior registration is not required to attend these events.

This professional learning opportunity is for PreK - 6 teachers, paraeducators, reading specialists and coaches to gain deeper understanding of the Science of Reading, Structured Literacy lesson planning, and support for all students in a Multi-tiered Systems of Support to achieve literacy success for all.
During these meetings, attendees will to prepare to launch a summer school program and prepare all the components of it such as curricula, structure, assessments, hiring, grant application and budgeting.
