Legislative candidates from Districts 7, 12, and 13 to share thoughts on the future of STEM education and career-connected learning for youth
The Apple STEM Network, in partnership with North Central Educational Service District (NCESD) and NCW Tech Alliance, invites the public to attend a dynamic forum featuring legislative candidates from District 7, District 12, and District 13. During the moderated panel, the candidates will share their thoughts on the future of STEM education and career-connected learning for youth.Â
The event will be held on Monday, October 7 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the NCESD office in Wenatchee, WA. The event is free and open to employers, educators, parents, and community members. There is an option to attend in person (registration required) or virtually via a Zoom webinar link.
Attendees will be introduced to the Apple STEM Network and current policies, followed by insights from Senator Shelly Short on STEM education and career-connected learning. Panels for each set of candidates will follow starting at 5:00pm.

District 7 Panel (5:00pm – 5:45pm)
