About pdEnroller
North Central ESD uses the online platform pdEnroller to manage professional development offerings. Educators use the platform to register and pay for trainings offered by NCESD, and they receive Clock Hours through the integrated approval and recording features.
PESB Announcement (January 2025)
Educators will now need to apply to renew their certificate SIX months prior to the expiration date listed on their certificate. If applications are submitted on January 2 or after, during the year the educator’s certificate expires, it will be considered late. Late submissions will result in a late fee, however, OSPI will not be charging late fees until January 2, 2030. This ensures that all current certificate holders will not be charged a late fee for their first renewal cycle with this new requirement in place. Please note that educators who apply for their renewal late will not be able to count clock hours toward their subsequent renewal until their next certificate is issued.
The new change will allow educators and districts more time to plan for staffing needs and give OSPI’s Certification Department more time to work with educators and districts to resolve any discrepancies that might occur during the educator’s renewal process. This will help ensure that an educator will not have a gap in the validity of their certificate, or that they are out of danger of starting the school year without their certificate being renewed.

The system enables educators from across the state to register for professional development opportunities, enabling them to search by participant, topic, ESD region and date to find conferences, events and trainings. Once registered, the system will track their attendance, clock hours earned, and awarded credits for their history. This information can be reported back to the districts for teacher certification and salary placement and automatically uploads to the EDS certification software.
